My sister bought this skirt while she was visiting Tokyo. She is probably still thinking my wardrobe would be 20 years younger XD I appreciate this super cute gift, but I never wear it. This skirt is made of 100% cotton with elastic waistband and cute pockets! The tag is S. But I'm usually a M in the US. So It will fit M too.
