Sunsets knee length skirt

I think this was intended to be swimwear, but I wear it as a skirt. Super comfortable and machine washable. Bright, vibrant colors haven’t faded at all. No snags, stains, holes or visible signs of wear. Waist measures 14” when flat, but stretches to 18”. Length is 27” and hits right at the knee. High waisted and stretchy all over.
