@lizmasterson Hi! I would say this bathing suit runs small but the areas that you tie up are adjustable so there is some room to work with; here are the size equivalents:
Size 0-2 = S
Size 2-4 = M
Size 4-6 = L
As a reference, my measurements are 125-130lbs, 34D, 5’4 and size L fits just right.
