This is the cutest pleated little skirt! It has the most beautiful rust and neutral colors in it I've ever seen! It can be worn with a petticoat underneath or just as it is it flares enough without but some like to go dramatic. It is size 10 but can be worn by an 8 or 9 probably as well! Great Condition! It is about knee length on a shorter female.. All reasonable offers considered...

giraffeisblack @rshumans Sorry for the delay I haven't been home. The waist measurements are 15 in flat and it's 22 in long. The skirt isis gorgeous it's zips up the side and it has beautiful fall colors in it! Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you
