Super useful. This salad spinner comes with a chopper that goes on top of the bowl when you are not spinning your lettuce. That way you can chop your vegetables in the same bowl. Wash, spin, dry, drain, chop, slice, great. You can do all these things with this tool. This item is almost brand new. The mandolin slicer and the food safety holder are not included, but they are shown on the box in the picture. See my last photo. You get this bowl, the drainer basket, the salad, spinner top, the chopper top, the chopper base, and five various chopping and grading tools to go onto the chopper top and base.
