I did not see your comments until now, and I have never heard of that before, the ring is so small it could have been mailed with one or two stamps. The History that I can see says, $7. I can't see an open case. Do you still want the Ring. I am so sorry that that happened to you In 100+ packages I have sent out, this is the first funny thing that ever happened. That is so strange! Why would you owe $17 for anything?? All I can see is the order was cancelled and it looks like you paid $7
