Sunflower Amber Glass Plate Vintage Serving Platter Centerpiece Vintage VTG 13”

I normally can find some kind of information however this plate has me stumped. I really have limited info on it and currently cannot find another. It does appear slightly older in the way the glass was formed, fused, and cast—I’m guessing 90s however it could be earlier. It’s quite a nice piece, amber glass and large just under 14” in diameter petal to petal. There is 1 chip on it—please see pictures for this and judge the condition. There’s some surface scratches from use over the years however it’s still a lovely piece and displays very well. Casting mark in the glass surface as well, pictured.
