The armpit to armpit measures 21 inches. has short sleeves. there is a very small spot on one of the sleeves that if you catch it in the right light you can see it. I captured a picture of it to fully disclose. I wore my t-shirt more than my princess dog did! mine is a little bit more faded into a nude blush color. The dog shirt measures 12 in across laying flat at the base of the armpits. From armpit to armpit, it measures 9 in. The neck measures 7 and 1/2 in.
