@rehmann4 Pit to pit side seam is 21 inches. There are underarm extensions, and if measured by them, it is 24 inches. I posted photos of both and length.

@nancyhoche Thank you for asking. It is marked "dry clean only," but I wash or steam all of my items unless NWT. I carefully launder many items marked dry clean, just hang to dry or dry flat.
