tdaly1060 @yevluhe finally home! Big storms here. The dress measures 21.5 inches pit to pit when it's laying down flat. There isn't any stretch. I'm home all night if I can give you any more info.

tdaly1060 @lesliea_b thanks for asking. . I have GOT to get better about including measurements:). The pit to pit is 21.5". It's a pretty straight sheath style so the waist is also 21.5". It's a bit wider at the hips, measuring 22.5". The hem measures 25" across. All measurements taken with the dress laying flat.
