-brand: By&By (sold by Macy's and JCPenney) -size Small -Can be worn off shoulder or as a short sleeve top -loose fitting and good for warmer weather -ruffled sleeve design -classic white and black (or maybe dark dark navy?) colors -only been worn once, just doing some spring cleaning since I need to dress business casual/formal for work at all times!
