linda641615 @ragtimeannie and that's 20 inches 1 side being 40 inches total?. Also is this like a summer dress?. If so how long is it. I'm 5'3" so if it's a dress I'm wanting to know how low it will go. Thanks

ragtimeannie @linda641615 it is 20” one side, so yes it would be 40” all the way around. It was sold as a halter top. I too, am 5’3” and I would not think of wearing it as a dress. Wearing it with knee length bike shorts yes, but just as a dress, no way.
