The grey and light green shorts are very breathable, stretchable fabrics that give that comfy elastic band to your baby. The army green shorts not so much, I would definitely range the green army shorts between a size 6-9 months than 12 months just because they don’t give a lot of stretch and seem to be too tight for a 12 month old.
