tanplum86 @polly_mer how long is the skirt? What size would u say it is?

polly_mer @tanplum86 The waist is 28 inches. It has a bit of elastic and stretches to about 31 inches. Length is 18. It looks super cute worn high, on your natural waist with a belt or, lower on your hips depending on your style and what is more comfortable. It is fully lined, 100% cotton. Absolutely fantastic skirt. I bought it at a boutique and I love it but for whatever reason, I just haven't worn it.
