Summer off the shoulder girly frilly peplum style dress

White detailing with nude under layer, worn once for a photo… just sits in my closet and needs some fun memories!!! Has rubber-like material on breast area to keep it held up. Sleeve can hand on side shoulder or stay up like straps :) very flattering tight but not too tight and flows out on the bottom.
