Summer hi-lo dress, super cute! Size L

Adorable hi-lo dress. Not sure why, but I cannot find a maker tag on it anywhere. Purchased in a small boutique store 4 years ago in Salem, Ma for $78. Spaghetti strap racerback, cross front bust, elastic waist, with removable belt. Looks lovely on. Pit to pit- 18". Length from top of strap (shoulder) to shortest front hem- 34". To long back hem, 42". Lined with solid green.
