Summer dress with blue embroidery

The perfect spring/summer dress. The tassels are fun and the embroidery at the neckline is beautiful. Fully lined, so no see-through issues. I’m petite and this hits a few an inches above the knee. Selling because I live in a different climate now and just don’t get the opportunities to wear it. Open to offers 🙂
