Cute and ultra comfortable summer dress. No tags, and I don’t recall where I bought it. I’ve only worn a few times. Perfect to throw on for the pool. It’s 1X but can fit 2x too. Bottom of armpit to bottom of armpit is 22.5 inches laying flat. It stretches easily.
