Summer dress. Side tie. Angled hem.

Extremely light weight and flowy. The print is absolutely AMAZING and darling! There is a button to secure the “wrap” around dress then tie on the side. There a whimsical arm flow details to the bottom of sleeves and bottom of dress that is hemmed at a diagonal. Never worn or washed, plastic tag and pin is still attached to dress but the tag itself isn’t present.
