Summer dress

I have only worn this dress a few times, it is higher in the front and longer on the sides. It starts right before the knee and goes down, defiantly a longer one. The straps are adjustable and yes it is a dress. It looks like it could be a romper but it’s not! Let me know if you have any questions. The back is stretchy for people who have a larger chest but it still can be a bit tight!
