Summer dress

This blue dress looks like its covered in white lace flowers but the lace is just a look its not actually fragile lace! The top has a tight fit and the bottom flows out like a skater skirt. There is a zipper and clasp in the back to ensure a good fit. I have only worn this twice and there are no imperfections.
