Summer dress

Cute hi-lo summer dress with braided detailing on the front and strings to tie in the back. The color is mostly off white with bits of teal, pink, light pink, yellow and black. Straps are adjustable, a little padding in the top, excellent condition. The tag says small but can definitely fit an XS as well.
