Summer Sleeveless Dress Shirt-Made in USA

Beautiful yellowish/Gold very classy sleeveless blouse. Like new condition. Has an adorable design across breast area. A roped design with gold chain links under chest area. Has very soft thin wide shoulder straps. Has Breast liner & breast pads. The material has a very nice vertical very light thin strip across the shirt (I honestly don’t know what to call it). See picture for material breakdown. Blouse is 18” from top (excluding shoulder straps) Chest 15” Straps are 8” long
