So soft and comfy, this baggy romper has fabulous blousing and the elastic neck line has the deep ruffled bib over the bust with tassels around the entire thing, as well as a tie with tassels in front. Also available in a pretty floral print in this closet. Bundle and save! The inseam of the short is 2 inches, but it is a baggy suit so it will most likely fall longer. I prefer a 4 to 5” inseam and these did that for me just fine. P2P it is 19” giving the blousy baggy appeal. P2H is 22.5” and the waist is elastic measuring 13.5 unstretched.
