PROS supports both local and internet viewing CONS awkward interface with internet and some security options require a subscription. All in all you are paying more money for internet viewing / cell phone viewing when away, keeping all the bells and whistles of the older monitors and cameras as well. If you are internet savvy you might enjoy this model’s performance using the internet. Personally we used it as a simple monitor & camera in home device. I liked the older version best and used it as such. This unit is still like new, no box or instructions except on the internet.
