Summer Dress / Beach Cover-up

Excellent like new condition. Wore once! Teal -blue dress/cover up. Has beautiful floral like design. Low cut v-neck. Empire elastic stretch waist. Scalloped edges on bottom and arms. Stretch waist. 21"W (stretched) x 36"L. not stretched is 11". There is no size tag, I feel it is between a medium and a large.
