Sugoi Piston 200 compression running capri tights shorts size small NWT

Sugoi Piston 200 compression running capri tights long shorts size small. These were never worn. Inseam= 10.5” laying flat Waist = 16.5” laying flat Material is stretchy but feels like a good amount of compression compared to my other tights. The waist band has a thick/wide elastic sewn into it.
