Sugarlips Plaid Checkered Midi Skirt With Pockets

New Condition - never worn. 15 inches elastic waist that can stretch up to 19 inches. Hips size is free. 26 inches long The skirt is unlined with pockets. I am not sure of the material as it did not have a material content tag. The material is not heavy, but not thin either. The material seems to be speckled or color seems to be speckled. You can see it in the last picture.
