Sugar Lips White Cream Long Sleeve Cold Shoulder

This white/cream color Blouse is a Long Sleeve cold-shoulder with three opening slits in the front on the neckline and three opening slits on the back neckline. This blouse does tie closed in the back, so it does offer some room for adjustments! Measurements are as follows approximately: Neck -> bottom of shirt front: 21" Shoulder -> end of sleeve: 26" Bust: 15" Waist: 18" Hips: 22" Size XS, but does have some additional room. Never been worn. No holes, tears, stains, etc.
