Sugar + Lips Navy Blue Flowy Layered Skort

This skort is a Royal Navy blue with small raised sown dots on it. It has shorts built in but really just looks like a skirt because of the layer of flowy fabric on top! it is really comfortable and I am selling because it’s too big on me! It’s a size M and fit me when I was a size 27/28 in jeans! Lightly worn with no damage! I will discount with bundles!
