New with tags! Boutique item. Dark blush/dusty rose shade, long bell sleeves at wrists, flounce bottom, loose fit. Labeled Size Small, seems to run XS-S, so I have listed Size XS-S. Please zoom in on pics for approximate flat measurements and your best fit. The exterior of this dress is so soft! The material reminds me of a very lightweight sweatshirt without the fluff interior.
