adelelangdon @riktharula When I lay it flat the shoulders are 17" across and the waist is 17" across the front side as I lay it flat. Its a medium and I would say it fit to the body.I am a 33 waist and I can snap it closed but it's a bit snug. Hope that helps. I am 150 lbs and I would say it's a bit tight on me. It was custom made and never worn becasue I thought ti was a bit tight. I would have liked it looser. But its beautiful .Hope that helps.
