Sue Wong nocturne new with tags size 2 cocktail dress

Purchased this for my high school reunion that didn’t happen because of Covid I’ve kept it hanging in the closet hoping I would have an opportunity to wear it somewhere and it’s continue to hang it does have 3 spots on the back of the skirt don’t know how that got there or how it happened hanging in my closet 🤷‍♀️ ( see photos) anyway this dress was $330 if you have a place to where it this is a steal!!!
