EUC; designer cocktail dress with a deep V-neck/V back and fitted bodice constructed from a contrasting white panel layered with black embellished mesh netting with embroidery. Features cap sleeves, padding/structured cups in the chest, pencil skirt (23.5” from waist) with pleating in the front, and features a side zipper. Sz 6, but on the smaller side (may be best for a traditional size 4). Laid flat, waist measures 14.25”, chest under the arm measures ~17”, under chest measures ~15.75”
