Sue Wong beaded fringe dress

This pretty dress starts with a double spaghetti strap. The fabric is a green satin with a black sheer mash over. That mesh has been beaded in a beautiful what I believe to be a peacock feather design in black glass barrel beads. There is a beaded fringe on that black mesh. Fully lined in an excellent condition. New with tags.
