Sue Wong 1920s, black and mauve pink Gatsby flapper beaded embellished silk cocktail dress - This is a stunning 1920s inspired flapper dress that has beautiful beaded and floral details throughout. Gorgeously made of 100% silk. The silk liner layer is a stunning, mauve pink - a cool pink with purple undertones that are complimented by a black overlay and black embellishments. It is a true-to-size, US size 0 and can also be considered a women's size extra small. The fabric has no stretch to it. The dress is approximately 33” long before the fringe and 39” including the fringe. Overall, the bottom of the dress falls above the knees. When laying flat, it measures about 14” from pit-to-pit. This dress has been worn but is still in beautiful condition. There are no missing beads that’s I can see and all of the embroidery is in tact. There is discoloration on the inside of the dress but it is not visible from the outside. The left chest pad is not fastened down in one spot like the right is but it is attached.
