Excellent condition Sue Sartor “flounce” dress! Perfect 3-season dress. Includes the removable belt (needs a good ironing). I’d call the flowers more teal than green. This was before Sue added sizing and everything used to be one sized - so in my opinion it fits a small/medium, size 4-8 best. I am 5’7” and this hits me mid-calf.
