NWT size XL/10 RUNS small…my guess would be a size 8, or perhaps a 10 with a smaller bust than me Waist 16” across Pit to pit 19” across Shoulder to hem approximately 38” Black & white, with grey, cranes on striped background Tie belt 63” long
