Super cute, comfortable black “bubble bottom” party dress from Samuel Dong. Worn once to an event. Bought in a small boutique. The dress is really really flattering and cute on. It has spandex in it so there’s some nice stretch. hidden zipper on the side. The ruffled straps add to the uniqueness of the dress. It looks great paired with some nice heels. It’s hard to list this one! 18 inches armpit to armpit and 38 inches from the top shoulder strap to the bottom. In excellent condition.
