sbarlik @stephenbwax to be completely honest I can not remember. However it was when it first came out. Yes, it's updated to the current software!

I’m interested in buying it, but I need to make sure the latest software update via Bluetooth on the iPhone Fitbit App is completed and the tracker is fully functional showing the date and time, steps, distance, etc. If the tracker is new in the box or was factory reset, then starting from scratch the software update via Bluetooth with the iPhone Fitbit App will not work. Fitbit discontinued service and support for this older version tracker.
