Stylish Feathered Spring or Summer Top or Tunic

This is so cute! It is a top and or tunic. Unfortunately, due to my health and meds I gained weight and I can't wear it. I only wore it once but had so many compliments on it. way it's Very stylish cut and the lace on the back side.
