@aimberndt Hello! I added another measurement picture at the end so you could see how I arrived at about 15-1/2” (without stretching). The top is stretchy though. I’m a 36C and can say it will not fit anyone larger than that as I have no extra room at all. Now that I have it on myself versus the dress form, I’m realizing it’s more of an off-the-shoulder style.
