Style & Co M Embroidered Lace Over Cream Skirt Elastic Waist Scalloped Hem Xmas A really beautiful skirt at a really good price! The top layer features tulle embroidered with black thread. This skirt actually has 3 layers: the top tulle, a soft sheer knit cream that is gathered at the tulle pattern line, and a soft underskirt. Together with the gather on the tulle, this skirt has delicious volume - just perfect for dancing the night away! The size/care tag is missing but the measurements are: Waistband at rest: 15" across the front; Waistband full stretch 20". I have over 60 years of sewing experience (oops now you can guess my age) and I will stand by my experience that the skirt is polyester. Hand wash/line dry would be the recommended care. The length from the top of the 1 1/2" waistband (this one will stay put and not roll) is 27" to the bottom of the scallop . Please note: certain sections of the tulle overlay do not have a finished hem - this is intentional and not a defect or imperfection. Excellent condition - no signs of wear except the missing tag.
