Stunning womens round blue enamel watch/ clock pendant

This is an absolutely gorgeous women's Vintage enamel round watch pendant. I have no idea if this is in working condition or not I am selling it as is. This is a beautiful collectors item. I was able to change the time on the clock as I posted in the pictures other than that I don't know if it is in working condition. This is a stunning women's pendant the clock part faces down when it is worn around your neck. It is on a silver tone chain I do not see any markings on the chain. Please look at the pictures closely there are no chips anywhere. I am open to offers... But this is a gorgeous piece of vintage jewelry.
