Vintage skirt set, there are no tags on the top or bottom, please refer to photos for measurements. The buttons seemed to have faded some over time. Skirt has a walking slit in back, zipper closure. Classic style. The pictures without the measurements and the video depict the actual color, kind of a periwinkle blue, the lighting was bad for the measurement photos, obscuring the actual color.
