Stunning vintage black lace mermaid skirt wiggle dress

Styled by Fifth Avenue Agana Guam. This dress is absolutely gorgeous. It must have been worn by a fancy lady for a very special occasion. It’s quite small but has a generous seam allowance to be let out. This came from an estate sale I was told the woman who it belonged to traveled all over the world and had several beautiful hand tailored and custom made pieces. In my estimate I think it would fit someone who is about 105 lbs maybe a sz 0 or 00. It’s estimated to be from the 1960’s era. Side metal zipper. Hook and loop thread closure. Picture shows inside of zipper with seam allowance. Unique fluted lace pleating at bottom of dress C17 W12 H17 L 46.5 Seam allowance 1.5 inches on either side so it could probably add up to 5 inches to the measurements per the seamstress at my tailors.
