One of my favorite dresses of all time. The fabric has raised neon green and neon orange flowers all over. Wide neck with pleat skirts. Fits right above the knee. No stretch. Fully lined. Measurements: Waist, flat: 15 inches Shoulder to hem: 33.5 inches Bust, flat: 16.5 inches Why I’m parting with it: Dress cannot contain my thiccness unfortunately for me, fortunate for you!
