Stunning floral-print silky skirt!

This elegant skirt can be casual or dressy, depending what blouse and shoes you pair. I am not sure the fabric of this piece, but it feels silky against your skin. This is a black skirt with white floral prints. Depending how tall you are (5'4 here) it will go knee-calf length, but it easily folds up at the waistband to make it shorter.
