Gorgeous one shoulder dress by Savee Couture / Laguna Beach. The material is slinky and stretchy - it is a head turning blue and black tiger print. It is ruched along the side which makes it hug your curves and the one long sleeve flares wide below the elbow so it drapes beautifully when walking or simply holding a drink! :). Only tried on, never worn - it is new with tags. It’s stretchy and unstretched it looks like a tube lol, so I stretched it to measure. Measurements: Laying flat, STRETCHED! Bust - 18” Hips - 18” Length - 36” Sleeve from armpit to cuff - 25” (it drapes over hand)
