Stunning Tony Evans Raku Pottery Vase unsigned This is an incredibly Stunning large Tony Evans Raku Pottery Vase unsigned. The piece is done in Tony Evans signature Raku style which is finished with a glossy copper like metallic glaze on top of a matte charcoal background. Unfortunately, Tony Evans passed away in 2009 but he leaves a legacy of gorgeous collectable pieces found throughout the world. This piece measures 9.5" wide by 7.5" high and is in great condition with no chips or cracks. For whatever reason, the felt cushions and signature have worn off or have been scrubbed off or this could possibly be one of his earlier practice pieces, but through research, inspection and advise, this is definitely one of Tony Evans pieces. It truly is gorgeous! This is one of the most spectacular items I have ever seen and such an incredible work of art.
